We stayed in the first floor apartment which was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was brilliant, a few hundred metres from Napoleon bridge with plenty of great swimming spots. Walkable to town and supermarket, about 15mins. Balcony and views were stunning. Kobarid is a perfect location for exploring the area and activities, X-point in town were amazing for rafting, bikes and hiring wet suits etc (the river is cold be warned!). Lovely biking and hiking routes and we enjoyed the Karin cable car in Bovec and Tolmin Gorge. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Our family of 5 with teenage boys had a magical week and could not have picked a better property or location.

Lovely cottage just outside Kobarid. Very relaxing, the environment is superb. We could do a lot of activities - kayaking, paragliding, swimming…
We were a the first floor - loved the covered balcony. Well equipped. Warm welcome by Dolores.

The Socca House is situated in a very beautiful environment. The house was perfect. We felt very welcome when we arrived. Dolores helped us when there was any problem. We loved the terrace, the rooms were nicely decorated.
