*. AC Disclosure: Central AC in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). House is in a good location, #1 bus route if needed. Very clean, well equipped.Parking for a number af cars (if needed).We had a great stay would recommend for a family stay as well as couples.Host answered all questions within a very short period.No issues, our vist went extremely well, thank you for letting us use this beautiful house
