Saida Towers is the best resort complex on South Padre Island, and we are happy to share it with you.
Make yourself comfortable in our lovely 2 bedroom. Our living room overlooks our private balcony, the resort, and the beach. You'll love getting cozy on our couches in front of the TV or on the balcony as you watch the waves roll in. Our dining area has an excellent table for game night or a home-cooked meal. We hope you'll make great use of it! Our open floor plan keeps you connected to each other no matter which room you're in. You can entertain your companions or kids from the kitchen while they visit the breakfast bar. Our kitchen also boasts full-size appliances to make meal times a breeze.
Our two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests. Our primary bedroom is bay-side and has a TV and room to unpack. The main bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, has two Queen-sized beds and a fantastic view of the beach and resort. Your guests will love having an amazing room to call their own while on vacation. Our second bedroom has one King bed.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Construction Notice: Saida III is scheduled for exterior concrete repairs and painting from September 17, 2026, through early March 2027. Work will progress around the building in sections, generally beginning on the parking-lot side, moving to the beachfront balconies from mid-November through mid-January, and finishing on the right end wall. During active work, guests may experience construction noise, dust, barricaded areas, and scaffolding or workers outside windows and balconies. Due to the size and scope of this project, we are unable to provide an exact schedule for specific area or balcony closures at this time. Dates are approximate and may change due to weather or project conditions.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! And I had almost given up looking...Vrbo wouldn't actually apply the filters I wanted and so I was having to look at a lot of things that weren't right for us. But just before I gave up, this condo appeared in my search. And it's spot on. The beds are super comfortable - and I have a VERY bad back. So, please believe, that's saying A LOT. The sheets are even amazing. The layout is awesome. It was nice to have the two queens in the master as that allowed us to put my in-laws in the room with the king while my husband and I and twin boys took the two queens. My in-laws had their own bathroom and my family of four had the other. It worked perfectly. The condo was perfection for us! The views are amazing. My sweet FIL, who had never been to SPI, couldn't get enough balcony time. And who ever regrets a long weekend on SPI!?!

We were lucky in that this week was quiet on South Padre, we felt like we had the grounds to ourselves. The pools were wonderful, we appreciated having plenty of hot tubs and pools. The condo was clean and just what we needed, with a wonderful view of the ocean.The walk to the beach is short. We had a wonderful week there!

As listed, clean well equipped and beautiful. The beach view was terrific. We spent many hours on the balcony. Pools and spas are conveniently located and beach access is on site.

We loved our time at South Padre. This condo left a little bit to be desired, but we still had a fantastic time. The master bedroom is converted to a multi-bed set up, which may work better for some. We also had a few maintenance issues that we discovered on arrival. That being said, the family had a great time.
