Private: property 780 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.8 km, railway station "Estacion Tren Calp" 1.8 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 4 km.
