Excellent location in Orlando, College Park is a very quiet and walkable community. Shopping, restaurants, grocery in close proximity. Michael was a great owner to rent from and communicated well and answered questions quickly. Awesome experience.

We were looking for close accommodations to Orlando Ballet School for the 5 week summer intensive. The house and location were fantastic and perfect for our needs. Michael was very responsive and hospitable. Everything was clean and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

The location and neighborhood are great. The house sets across the street from a lake with beautiful views and sunsets. The house and furnishings are older but clean. The owner lives next door and was very accommodating.
