With 4 bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a trail just steps away leading to the stadium, local breweries, and restaurants, it's the ideal getaway. Dogs are welcome! Plenty of parking available.
Our Property:
Welcome to our lovely home, set on a huge one-acre lot perfect for your next getaway. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across multiple sleeping areas.
LIVING AREA:
Main living room filled with natural light, featuring hardwood floors and a large leather sectional.
High-speed Google Fiber internet.
Complimentary Fubo access to watch all the World Cup matches live during the tournament.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Main Floor Bedroom 1: Queen bed with hardwood floors.
Main Floor Bedroom 2: Queen bed with hardwood floors and a dedicated workspace with a desk.
Large Open Attic (Loft): A distinctive wooden staircase leads to this great space for kids and adults alike.
One end features two queen beds, a loveseat, and a second TV.
The other end has two twin beds.
KITCHEN & DINING:
A fully stocked kitchen with wooden cabinetry and a stainless-steel refrigerator, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals.
BATHROOM:
A full bathroom with a tub-shower combination is located on the main floor.
OUTDOOR & EXTRA SPACES:
Enclosed porch filled with board games.
Back patio complete with a grill and chairs.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and personal stay. This includes:
The entire house, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathroom.
The spacious one-acre backyard.
The back patio with grill.
Ample private parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles.
Interaction With Guests:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. You will have the entire home to yourselves. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions during your visit.
Other Details to Note:
PET POLICY: We are happy to host your dogs. A pet fee of $50 per stay applies.
BACKYARD: Please be aware that while the large, one-acre yard is great for dogs to run, it is not fully fenced. Please supervise your pets accordingly.
WORLD CUP SPECIAL: Complimentary Fubo access is provided for guests to watch all the World Cup matches live during the tournament.

The house was very clean, no hair in bathroom or on sheets like you sometimes find. Upstairs bedroom is very cool with the wood walls and ceiling and my younger kids loved it, they wanted to be up there the whole time. I was worried it would be hot up there but the host had two fans available and one of the upstairs windows had an ac unit so it stayed plenty cool. Shower had good water pressure, plenty of hot water for all of us to shower back to back (almost too hot, if you have littles be careful). Back yard is huge, if you’ve got kids they’ll have plenty of space, a mix of shade and sun. Several chairs on the back patio. Neighbors were quiet. My kids also loved the board games and puzzles available in the breezeway. Location was so close to Kauffman (4 min drive) and we avoided traffic coming from the interstate to the stadium. We were just three houses down from the start of a very nice paved trail, we walked it twice. Would absolutely stay here again!
