Set across from beautiful Pioneer Park, Jasper’s Guest House is a comfortable Walla Walla home base for up to eight guests, with plenty of space to gather between days spent exploring wine country.
Inside, the open kitchen, dining and living areas make it easy to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meals at home, while the living room offers comfortable seating and a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
The home features three Queen bedrooms. One includes its own private en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom—a comfortable arrangement for families, couples or friends traveling together.
Out back, a covered patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill opens to the yard, creating an easy spot for morning coffee, dinner outside or a relaxed evening at home.
One of Jasper’s best features is its location. Pioneer Park is directly across the street, with Whitman College, downtown Walla Walla, tasting rooms, restaurants and wineries all nearby.
Whether you’re here for wine tasting, a Whitman visit or a getaway with friends and family, Jasper’s gives you a comfortable place to settle in with one of Walla Walla’s favorite parks right outside your door.
HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.
GUESTS & OCCUPANCY
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.
Exceeding the approved overnight occupancy without prior authorization may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or deodorization required as a result of smoking or vaping may be charged to the reservation.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.
Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we ask that you please let us know prior to arrival so our team is aware ahead of your stay.
Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION
Your reservation includes accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for accidental damage that may occur during your stay.
Guests remain responsible for damage that is not covered, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of the House Rules.
POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES
Please follow all posted rules and operating instructions for property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and BBQs.
Additional cleaning, repair, or servicing required due to misuse or excessive debris may be charged to the reservation. This includes draining and refilling a hot tub when necessary.
SEPTIC SYSTEMS
For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food waste, or other materials that could damage the system.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. Any cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
DIRECT BOOKINGS
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.*
Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.
*The $10 booking fee and credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Marriott Homes & Villas are subject to the cancellation policy and terms of the platform through which the reservation was booked. Please refer to your reservation details on that platform for the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.
Early departures are non-refundable.

We were highly impressed with this house. It is a lot roomier in person than it shows in the videos. The location next to Pioneer Park is amazing. The park was not something we expected to be so big with the bird zoo and ponds so close great for the morning walkThe house was very clean and very updated. The bedrooms were sizable with all the amenities the open living in the kitchen and living made for easy evenings with guests adequate parking for three cars in the driveway. Definitely would recommend this house for anyone with 3 to 4 couples as we found that the couch in the living area also was a fold out bed creating four double beds in the house. It was within five minutes of Main Street where most of the shopping end food centers are located and the winery tasting rooms , I would definitely rent again next season for our annual family Walla Walla trip.

Welcoming from the first time through the door to locking up. The whole place was exceptionally clean, well stocked with necessities (soap, toilet paper, etc). Even had a bowl of water out for our dogs which got used instantly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. HVAC system was easy to control and kept home at our favorite temperature. Fenced backyard was so nice - including the hardy but beautiful landscaping. Only complaint was the unevenness of the back patio slabs. Caused a few stumbles but easily recovered. I would recommend this to families and travelers with dogs. The park across the street made for a lovely walk in the morning, and the peacocks from the aviary delighted us each time.
