La Latina Market is an apartment located in the vibrant La Latina neighborhood, the perfect base to explore central Madrid comfortably on foot.
It features two lovely bedrooms — one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another also with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The Italian-designed kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including an induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge, kettle, and more.
The living room offers a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day working or studying in Madrid.
Additional amenities include heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels, toiletries, and cleaning products.
The building has been completely renovated while preserving the charm of a traditional corrala madrileña. The apartment is accessible by elevator.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. We were two couples and we enjoyed our stay in La Latina. Pleasent apartment with easy access to all of the tourist sites and immersion in the Madrid life style.

clean, great management, check in was good, however, the pictures in the web site seemed portraying larger in room sizes.... when we arrived there, rooms seemed smaller than the pictures in the web site. but it is just a picture.... wished I knew that the picture can be different from how you feel when you are actually there...

Four of us had a great stay at the Charming La Latina Market. The apartment was clean, the bathrooms were excellent, and the dining table was perfect for gathering, chatting, and relaxing before heading out each day.La Latina was an ideal base for a long weekend—close to coffee shops, tapas bars, and just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor.We felt safe and had no trouble walking to Puerta del Sol, the Prado, Royal Palace, Reina Sofía, and other major sights.Being near the famous El Rastro flea market was a treat. One morning, we stepped outside to live music in the narrow street by our apartment—an unforgettable part of the Madrid experience. We loved being immersed in a local neighborhood.

This unit, on the inside looks just like the pics in the listing. It's a little on the smaller side, but very adequate. The place was clean and had easy access to restaurants, bars, metro and historical sites. Communication could have been better with the owner and a separate management company.
