The Space:

Please note the pool, hot tub and steam room will not be available from September 26-October 20th, 2026.



BED & BATH



Located on the 4th floor, the condo offers two roomy bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queens—along with a spacious loft featuring a queen bed and a double‑over‑twin bunk. It’s designed to give groups plenty of space and comfort.



The king suite includes a large four‑piece en‑suite with a relaxing jetted tub. Down the hall, a second four‑piece bathroom provides another tub and is stocked with plush towels and premium, locally made Soco Soaps bath products.



LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN



The living room features a stone gas fireplace, and a large sectional couch, perfect for cozying up to enjoy a good book. Not wanting a book, no problem, enjoy the flat screen with the provided cable, or use the provided smart tv to connect to your streaming channels. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including a coffee brewer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a table available to be used as a workspace or for dining. Enjoy the outdoors on the private patio to take in the incredible sounds of nature around you.



AMENITIES



In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets.

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna/steam room, gym.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, steam room, and gym may close without notice for maintenance or other circumstances. These closures are determined by the facility and are outside of my control.



There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.

Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Your stay directly supports a greener, more responsible style of hospitality.



Guest Access:

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. The pool, hot tub, steam room and gym are all shared.

The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

The gym, hot tub, and all other amenities outside the condo unit are managed exclusively by the strata. Any closures or maintenance during your stay are determined by them and are outside of our control.



Guest Verification & Waiver Requirement

To keep our homes safe, secure, and enjoyable for everyone, all adult guests are required to complete a quick ID verification and the booking guest to sign our guest waiver after booking. Your information is kept private, handled securely, and never shared with third parties. It is used only for guest verification and to ensure a smooth, worry‑free stay. You’ll receive the verification link and waiver immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please complete both steps promptly to finalize your booking.
