Welcome to Porto Moniz City Center by Homie. Practical, comfortable and incredibly central.

It is the perfect accommodation for those seeking a quiet getaway in the north of the island, without sacrificing the convenience of having everything nearby.

Located in the heart of Porto Moniz village, this welcoming apartment was designed to comfortably accommodate a couple, offering the ideal balance between rest, nature and proximity to essential services.

Here, you will be just a few steps away from local restaurants, cafés, trails and levadas that delight Nature lovers. And of course, we cannot forget the iconic Natural Pools of Porto Moniz — one of Madeira's greatest attractions — which are just a few minutes' walk away.

To explore the north of the island at your own pace, nothing beats a rental car, and for that the accommodation provides a covered parking space in the building itself. If you prefer, you can also opt for organised tours or 4x4 adventures, widely available in the area.

Porto Moniz City Center is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a functional bathroom, a living room with dining area and a practical, well-equipped kitchenette. With your comfort in mind, it also has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and clothes rack.

To take advantage of the sunny days, the apartment features a spacious outdoor courtyard, equipped with leisure furniture — the ideal space to relax at the end of the day or enjoy a breakfast outdoors.

If you are looking for a perfect starting point to explore the North of Madeira, combined with comfort and proximity to everything you need, Porto Moniz City Center is the right choice.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.

Since 2017, we have welcomed travellers from all over the world to our beloved island of Madeira, with a commitment to providing memorable experiences and excellent service. We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more closeness, more authenticity, more connection.

That's how Homie was born. More than a new name - a new way of being.

Each stay is thought through in detail to be special and welcoming. Each house has its own story. And each guest is received as an old friend.

Beyond comfort and hospitality, we also provide, upon request, additional services such as car rental, activity bookings, personalised experiences and much more - all so that you can make the most of Madeira.

Whether you are a traveller looking for a special spot or a property owner looking for someone to care for your home with dedication, you are in the right place.
