The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2024 and has been available for booking again since May 2024.
It is an upper-floor apartment in a very central location.
It is about 900 meters to the city center, which is easily accessible on foot.
The train station is about 350 meters away.
Trains run every hour to the shopping towns of Leer and Emden, as well as to the North Sea at Norddeichmole.
The beautiful harbor town with its crab fishing boats can be reached in about 60 minutes by car.
If you enjoy cycling, this is the perfect place for you. There are very scenic car-free routes in both directions and along the banks of the Ems River.
The polder town of Papenburg, with its canals, moor nature trail, van Vehlenanlage (museum), and the Meyer shipyard, naturally has plenty to offer as well.
The apartment has a parking space for one car.
A spacious, modern kitchen.
A bathroom with a shower.

So a total of 5 sleeping spots and a spacious hallway.
