Enormous 1 Bedroom End Unit Condo with 800 sq ft of living space on the desirable south side! Very bright and cheerful with an open floor plan! Only 300 steps or a peaceful 3 minute walk to the beach.
New furniture, linens, bed, flat screen TVs, Corian counter tops, appliances - including dishwasher - and full size washer & dryer, cookware, etc. Also a desk large enough for your laptop and 2nd monitor if you need or wish to work remotely. I also provide beach towels. Only one block away from the secluded South Beach at the mouth of the Back River & just three blocks away from the Tybee Pavilion & Pier, the main strip of shops, restaurants, famous bars and other attractions. Everything is within walking distance!
Once you get here you truly will not have to move your car for the length of your stay! Condo is very bright with many windows and is finished off with a very beachy theme. Art work from local Tybee artists. Go ahead and make your reservation today. This is truly a great bargain!

My husband and I loved our stay here! Easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. It is a cute and cozy space and we’ll definitely be back when we visit Tybee again.

This is a great condo in a great location for a great price. I'd stay again. Communication with the host and was also great.

This condo is in a great location as far as being able to walk to the beach and restaurants! The host was also kind and helpful! However, the description seems to have been written a while ago as there wasn’t anything new or updated here. The side area with beach chairs and back patio were extremely dirty and full of unkept landscaping so you could not sit there. The carpet was stained and the bathroom walls had dirty spots in several places. The toilet only worked if you held the handle a very specific way (we had to fix it on our first night). The closet door was broken off and just laying there when we walked in. The tv did not work when we got there, and the host did send someone to look at it which we appreciated, but half of the channels were in Spanish and we did not know how to change that as it seemed to be a pretty old tv. Overall, we appreciated the host helping after we reached out and the location was nice, but we would not choose to stay here again.
