The room arrangements comfortable sleep 10-12 guests (e.g. 4 couples and 4 children).

The 2-stall boathouse provides a kayak and paddle boards , as well as dock-side boat parking, and there is a public boat ramp just 2 minutes up the lake. If you wish to rent a pontoon boat (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc.) we recommend Bear Gap Outfitters.com, which is located just minutes from the house. They will deliver your boat and provide a brief orientation on boat safety and navigating the lake. There is an extra large deck atop the boathouse with partial shaded coverage and a jump platform.

Additionally, the house features a screened-in porch on the lake level, which spans the length of the sea wall, as well as a screened-in porch on the second level which is ideal for reading.

Besides the many features of the home itself, the location is a huge plus. Being situated in the "Narrows" of Lake Rabun, you will enjoy all the access of the entire lake by boat, kayak, canoe, and paddle board, while still being able to retreat to the no-wake zone of the "Narrows" , escaping the noise and activity of the big basin areas of the lake.
