Cute, comfy and quiet is what you will find here. Great location close to nightlife, coffee shops, university district, museums and outdoor activities. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood for taking walks to our nearby park. In the heart of Knob Hill near the University. We have a little of everything nearby, great for anyone!
This space is a mother-in-law apartment behind the main house. There is a private entrance, parking in the back or street parking in the front. Great shared yard with fire pit, Hot Tub and grill.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom has King size bed
Living area has a twin day bed with twin trundle
Living room:
Open, spacious and bright with lots of seating
Desk w/chair for workspace
Smart TV in living room & bedroom
Bathroom:
Stocked with towels, soaps, lotions and other necessities.
Tub/Shower combo
Kitchen:
Fully equipped for short term rental needs
Toaster/Microwave/Stove/Oven/Fridge
Coffee maker & coffee
Tea Kettle & tea
Dining table & chairs
*NO dishwasher
*NO garbage disposal

Other things to note:
-Must Climb Stairs
-Fire Pit (shared): feel free to use wood left by prior guests or buy what you need. Make sure you follow all city and house rules regarding fire pits & douse with water when done.
-Grill (shared): we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.
-Shared HOT TUB: guest agrees to follow hot tub rules detailed in the rules, guide book, posted signs.
-Laundry room is shared between this unit and adjoining apartments. There is a dedicated w/d for this unit but there are restricted hours for use posted.
-Parking in back or in front: take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked on the premises.

I like you to feel comfortable in the space, as if it was your own. I provide thorough directions and lots of communication. Throughout your stay, I am only ever a message or phone call away. I'm always happy to provide recommendations, advice, or anything else that may come up during your stay. If we are not available, we have assistant available.

This is a very nice neighborhood in the heart of Nob Hill. Within a 4 block walk of the best bars and restaurants in town. Very quite street in an awesome safe neighborhood. Walk Score of 76 out of 100. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Cute, vintage apartment. Reminded me of visiting your Grandma from the 50s. Quirky, mismatch furniture. A great space for a single person or couple. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Host was always quick to communicate. Things to know in advance:The bathroom is only accessible thru the bedroom so if someone is sleeping in the living room, they have to get to the bathroom thru the bedroom.The shower head is quite low so would be challenging for someone over 5’7”.No fan in the bathroom.Lots of stairs or an uneven surface to access the apartment behind the main house - tough for anyone with mobility issues.Living room beds are a trundle.

We had a great stay here. The space was super cute, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the area. The owners were very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The kitchen was somewhat stocked but had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We also really appreciated all the information provided about nearby attractions, restaurants, and things to do — it made planning our trip so much easier. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Basically every thing was as advertised. It is well equipped and comfortable. The only downside was the neighbor's two barking dogs. They barked from morning to night Property manager was very responsive.
