1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.
2. **Damage Waiver – non-refundable** A small $34.95 one-time fee that covers accidental damage. Quick peace of mind. **non-refundable**

- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 2 dogs; 40 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises

Cute, cozy little home! Hard to find at first, but the house was very clean and in a safe area! Theres a small trail behind all the houses if that’s something you’re looking into! I’d recommend using AllTrails for more public trails though! Overall a wonderful stay!

This was a cute tiny home with lofts. It was very clean & cozy. Many options for teas, coffees & had powdered creamer, sugar & Stevia which was nice. Quiet area-very peaceful.
I requested early check in. Did not find out until too late to travel to be there early. (As we were traveling for a wedding) Not thrilled to pay extra for that.
It may have been more of a third party issue, but I did not get information about how to check in. Had to request later in evening. It difficult to find at night. Was not able to get WiFi working—even while communicating with host.
