The comfortable, newly built 3-room apartment "Sandpiper" in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor of Building C.
The apartment was completed in early 2014 and, with its modern amenities, guarantees a restful and relaxing vacation in a very central location in Scharbeutz, close to the beach. The elevator takes you conveniently to the first floor to this barrier-free, non-smoking apartment with a beautiful west-facing balcony.
It features a lovingly furnished living-dining area with a modern kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave. The living area has a dining area for 4 people, as well as two modern sofas, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms feature a double bed (box spring, 180 x 200 cm) and a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The smaller bedroom has a second flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated shades and exterior blinds. A washing machine is available in the modern shower room/restroom.
Parking space in the underground garage included (maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m!). A private basement is available for your bicycles. Guests have access to a seasonal beach chair for 2026 on the beach (May 15–September 15). Pets not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building C, is located in the heart of Scharbeutz. An elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
