Villa Mango offers an ideal place to stay for families or groups of friends wanting to discover the Caribbean coast. Up to 12 guests.
The property includes a main house (145 m2) with 2 spacious bedrooms (2 bathrooms) and another house (90 m2) with 3 double bedrooms (3 bathrooms) with garden views.
The small paths that run through the lusher garden (2500 m2) leads to the pool (9 m X 4 m) located in the center of the property where is a small "rancho" with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area.
Perfect for families or workshop retreats - where privacy, attention to detail and location are important. It is perfectly located, walking distance from the beaches and shops, but set back just enough to feel far from it all.
The houses have been designed with lots of ventilation and big quiet fans.
The houses are very open with big windows (mix of glass and mosquito net), high ceilings, and sliding doors and windows that open onto a big open terraces, garden and pool.
The villa offers free private parking on-site for 3/4 cars.
No other guests during your stay.

Ives is one of the greatest hosts I have crossed paths with. His attentiveness and helpfulness made me feel truly cared for, which is essential for a comfortable stay.
His property is spectacular, with a clean, beautiful, warm pool and a very well-crafted garden that invites relaxation and admiration.
Cahuita, on the other hand, is a truly spectacular place that promises memorable experiences for every visitor.

Such a beautiful property & excellent host. Be aware that there are no ac in units but fans. If you run hot, this may be an issue. Regardless, we had a wonderful time & Yves directed us to some wonderful eateries! The town is quaint, Cahuita & very friendly! I will be back!

Where do I begin. If you want to be immersed in the Costa Rican jungle lifestyle, encounter exotic wildlife every hour, have an amazing pool to lounge in whenever you want (day or night), have a host that responds to any and everything, have not one but two kitchens to prepare food in, this is the place for you. 5 separate bedrooms, in two buildings allow for privacy when you want it. Outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a huge covered porch allowed for gathering and playing games with our group of 10. The pool is in the center of the property and was a great refreshing way to relax and take in the sights and sounds of this unreal property. Capuchin monkeys graced our presence on two of the days we were there, and a group of howler monkeys shared the trees of the property for three of the days. Yves is amazingly helpful, even arranging for a mother's day/birthday cake to be delivered to a local restaurant for our 'celebration dinner.' Any tips or ideas you are looking for he will have an answer. Many times, people in our group would look around and say "this doesn't seem real." If you want authentic Costa Rica experience and to be immersed with the wildlife, you will not be dissapointed. Yves is one of a kind, even helped our daughter navigate thru staying the night in and taking the bus from San Jose. I still can't get over the experience of watching the families of monkeys living in the trees above us.

What a beautiful property. We had 10 of us plus a one year old baby. We love the swimming pool. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. Yves (our host) Was awesome. He took great care of us and had perfect recommendations. We literally sat in the pool/house and watched about 15 monkeys in the tree above us and a sloth. Great little community with lots to do and amazing beaches.
