The Grand is a luxurious waterfront home built at the end of a stunning canal to capture the amazing north facing water and Surfers Paradise skyline views. The Grand has been specifically built to capture the true essence of Gold Coast waterfront living with outside alfresco areas both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs bedroom wings are accessed via the beautiful cantilevered staircase which leads to an architecturally designed timber bridge which towers over the void of the entry. For year round swimming The Grand has a fully heated swimming pool.
