"It was an old remodel 3 bedroom 1 bath home. Great kitchen and living room. Shower is a unique trough/tub combo, little water pressure but it does get the job done."

Outside of the property was a little outdated looking but the inside was updated with minor repairs needed. The price was reasonable for what you get.

Great location. House was clean and price is reasonable.

The house was conveniently located and parking was good for our trailer. The house needs a thorough cleaning top to bottom. Kitchen was well stocked except for ice and plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
