Loved the villa and would happily book again. To give a fair review, the advert states that the villa has air conditioning, but this is only in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans, which worked really well and kept the rooms cool, but it’s worth knowing if air conditioning throughout the property is important to you. It’s also worth noting that the pool heating comes from the solar pool cover rather than a separate heating system, so there is no control over the temperature. That said, the pool was a lovely temperature during our stay and was warm enough for us to get straight in most of the time without it feeling too cold. The villa itself is spacious, quiet and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Barbara was great to deal with, very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout. My only other observations would be that there is no shaded area around the pool, which may be worth considering if you’re travelling with young children. The only shaded seating area is at the front of the house. The indoor sofa cushions are also showing some wear and were a little uncomfortable if sitting on them for longer periods on the nights we stayed in.A real bonus was the location, with shops and restaurants only a three-minute walk away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

We were met by the host on arrival, the villa was clean and tidy, spacious, had all of the required amenities and in a good location near to Faro Park shops and restaurants.

This was our second stay at Villa Medina. The villa has everything we need and is clean and tidy

Barbara met us at the villa on our late arrival. She had us a lovely welcome hamper. I needed medical help for my daughter and Barbra helped me do this.We had a linen change during our stay but the villa wasn’t cleaned. The out door areas are amazing with plenty of space and choice of seating areas. The pool is a great size, however it was only cleaned twice throughout or stay and we had to request this both times. I would recommend this villa and also recommend a few small updates to it.
