Welcome to The Villa at the Ranch Almaden, a breathtaking 10,000-square-foot estate where luxury and livability merge in perfect harmony. Designed for those who appreciate both elegance and ease, this remarkable residence offers a lifestyle defined by space, sophistication, and thoughtful detail.
Inside, six oversized bedrooms provide serene retreats, each paired with a spa-inspired bath that evokes the indulgence of a private resort. Every room reflects a seamless balance between comfort and refinement — airy ceilings, rich finishes, and light that moves gracefully through the home.
Entertainment and wellness flow naturally here. A private movie theater creates an immersive cinematic experience, while a fully equipped gym invites daily fitness without ever leaving your sanctuary. At the heart of the home lies a chef’s kitchen worthy of culinary artistry — featuring premium appliances, generous counter space, and an open design that connects effortlessly to the living and dining areas, ideal for gatherings both intimate and grand.
Outdoors, The Villa transforms into a true entertainer’s paradise. A fully appointed kitchen with built-in BBQ and authentic pizza oven turns al fresco dining into an experience, not an event. Beyond, a shimmering resort-style pool cascades a tranquil waterfall, surrounded by lush landscaping and comfortable lounge spaces that invite relaxation from sunrise to sunset. Nearby, a regulation bocce court adds a touch of playful elegance — perfect for leisurely afternoons with family and friends.
Whether hosting grand celebrations or enjoying quiet moments under the stars, The Villa delivers the rare combination of luxury, warmth, and functionality. Every feature — from the spa baths to the outdoor oasis — has been carefully curated to elevate daily living into an art form.
For those seeking the extraordinary, The Villa doesn’t simply offer a place to live — it offers a place to live beautifully.

The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the getaway. We hope to come back next year.

The house was fantastic and the pictures on line don’t do it justice. There was a lot of room for our group of 14 to spread out and excellent gathering places too! You could have 50 people in this place and no one would bump into each other much. The pool was so much fun for the kids, and adults too! The location is close to San Jose so we would have an outing each day and then come back to enjoy the house and pool! The theater room was a great way for the kids to unwind each night. The kids also loved the Happy Hollow Zoo, Children’s Discovery Museum and Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, all within a 30 minute drive. Matt was a great host and made sure we had his contact info before we got there. We will definitely book this house again!

We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again.

My daughters wedding weekend was more wonderful than expected. The photos don’t begin to show the size and quality of the villa. Space, space, space!! Every room was full yet we were never crowded. The grounds and pool area are beautiful.
