The location is incredible!! All the amenities of the neighborhood are right across the street!! Hop over to the outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center. The on-site restaurant/Bar is also located in the clubhouse. We invite you to take in the fun, comfort and peacefulness of staying at this excellent location!

**This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Overall, we had a great experience. A few things to mention, the shower needs an update. It is very small and the water pressure is weak. Needs a new shower head. The property details also mentions it is a 5 minute walk to Taneycomo Lake. This is not the case. Although the property is beautiful and has plenty of sidewalks/trails to walk. This condo is very close to the pools, pickleball court and food court so that is nice. we would definitely stay here again. It is well maintained and comfortable.

We didn’t have time to use the pool. The only thing that would have been nice to have would have been a Pizza Pan. But other than that we really enjoyed our short time there. It was very clean.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in an about a month. Both times the property was clean and comfortable. We love the location!

Condo was exactly as pictured (with the stove having been upgraded/replaced)Well supplied and comfortable. Only thing we felt was missing was a blanket for the couch, but that was the perfect excuse to get a new one from the Vera Bradley Outlet. With the water heater close the shower was nice and hot, very quick. Bed was comfy, frame was a bit squeaky when rolling over but thats a metal frame for ya lol. Wifi was good!Only minor issue we ran into was when the couch was pulled into a bed an adult couldn't sit on the edge as it wanted to fall into the base (may need an simple adjustment in the mechanism) Building was super easy to find, right across from the clubhouse.
