Charming 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home 1/2 block from the beach. Lovingly restored, two story home with coffered ceilings in the front room and dining area. Large family room with two day beds for additional sleeping space. Close to the marina, restaurants and museums.

Spacious location, a wonderful place just off the beach can easily sleep eight or more adults definitely will come again

The house was very large with awesome charm and character. Andrea was great resolving any concerns promptly. The location has a large number of homeless people. They were very friendly and did not cause any problems. My daughter works in the hospital a block away so I was able to take my granddaughter to see her mom on Christmas Day as a surprise! It was awesome to see the smiles! The house was large enough for all of us to have a wonderful gathering for the holiday! Neighborhood cats are very friendly and hang around for attention and food!

Property was clean and comfortable and has tons of character. Host was easy to work with and very professional. We would definitely return to this property.
