We stayed here for a family wedding. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a big family. Parking is plentiful and the house is easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed and the complimentary coffee was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Rented this property with 9 of my family members for a wedding we had in Duluth. Location was great and was very close to major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and the basement was huge. Everyone had their own area to get ready and having 4 full baths helped speed up the process. We had no issues with the beds and pillows and we used the theater room every night! Sound system and video quality was great. Of course not everything is perfect but some minor things like loud noise when running the showers were not an issue in the grand scheme of things. Owner was responsive and even let us check out late with no additional fee. I’d recommend this property.

The house is nice and furnished well. However, some of the beds are very low. I also think a deep cleaning of the house itself is needed. The dust needs to be cleaned off living room curtains, and to replace some of the old cookware would really make it a Wow! Overall, it was a nice stay.Great location. Clean yard and security camera were welcomed.
