Very spacious, cozy and welcoming, great amenities, perfect location not far from beaches and other major tour areas, everything you might need to cook or grill was available including spices, bathroom accessories available if needed, spacious enough to host 3 families (decent sized beds and bedrooms), beach and pool items available to use, abundant amount of towels, toilet paper and paper towels, dressers in each room as well as huge closet spaces and communication was good - garage was spacious enough to park a vehicle. Some expired items in spice cabinet, no working dishwasher, front door got stuck frequently but managed to get in still.Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again!!

The state was fantastic. And Patrick was very responsive, couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. It was located. He had a great spot because we could get to everything from its location. We will rent from patrick again. He is a fantastic host

Our family had a great time! We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and our time on the patio watching movies together. The fire table also added a special touch during our evening gatherings. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. We especially appreciated the beach supplies such as beach chairs, cooler containers and an abundance of towels.

GREAT location! Easy access to beaches, downtown Ft Myers, etc. with local amenities minutes away. Check in-out was a breeze and the fully equipped kitchen was awesome!
