Style to spare in this beautiful upgraded 3 bedroom 4 bathroom condo at Phoenix West featuring all large floor tiles laid on a diagonal everywhere, upscale Island décor, SS appliances, chair rails, special paint, flat screen TV’s, etc. This cheerful and inviting condo is located on the 20th floor overlooking the lazy river.
Enter and be welcomed by the beautiful foyer, carmel colored tile that goes beautifully with the yellow walls highlighted by the white chair rails and crown molding. The bedroom on the left has an island décor bedroom set with a queen bed plus a matching queen sleeper and a private bath. The bedroom on the right has a white wicker set with two full size beds and its private bath.
Enter into the large open kitchen/living/dining area with its extra wide wall of glass looking out to the unobstructed view of the Gulf. The kitchen has SS appliances and 4 bar stools that match the decor perfectly. The living area features lots of red and gold colors to go beautifully with the walls and floor tiles and boasts a sofa, love seat, sleeper, chair and a large cabinet with a large TV and quality sound system.
The dining room is exceptionally beautiful with round glass top table and iron base, round rug, 6 chairs, chair rails and a coordinated mirror. The adjacent master bedroom features a king size sleigh bed with a beautiful burled finish and matching upscale island pieces, double glass doors with a heavy curtain and a large walk in closet. The master bath has dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower with dual shower heads.
You won’t find a better seat at any restaurant than on the tiled balcony with its breathtaking gulf front view and table for 6.
Add in the 4th bath room, full size washer and dryer and wet bar with separate ice maker and you have it all like you deserve.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The condo was clean, instructions clear, and maintenance/manager timely in helping to have the air conditioning working well again. WELL STOCKED kitchen! Lifeguards and security well staffed and friendly! Will be back!

Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful view. Easy check in. Kitchen well stocked. Very comfortable beds. The kids loved the slide in the outdoor pool. The indoor pool was convenient. The family has already asked to go back to this exact condo soon!

The property is as described, perfect location, beach front, said condominium property amenities, pools and so forth. As far as the specific condo, it needs a once over. Every room had several lightbulbs out. As well as all the lightbulbs on the balcony were out. In the 2 double bed room, the beds were made and looked serviced but they were full of sand once sheets were pulled back. Which left us questioning if all the linens were clean. One of the pull out couches were broken and would not open at all. Numerous broken clocks and knickknacks throughout the condo and shoveled into drawers. There were no batteries in the tv remotes, just inconveniences when your elderly parents our accustomed to watching the morning news. The refrigerator is on its last leg and we did not feel comfortable storing our milk in it. It could not regulate temperature. The freezer was also over frozen and frosted up beyond use. Everything needed a good dusting and wiped down, especially the fake plants. If you’re going to pay a few thousand for a condo stay and then a cleaning fee, I would except the area to be cleaned and properly functioning at the very least for your own arrival.
