The indoor kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals but if cooking is not your idea when vacationing, we can arrange the services of a cook or chef.

For safety and privacy of our guests, we ensure that strictly only registered guests have access to the property and its amenities with no public access enforced by our main entrance security gate and 24/7 patrolled personnel.
Amenities include: several swimming pools, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball court, on-site restaurant.
Located in the Marina District only 15 minutes from the airport you`ll have easy access to the area`s multiple restaurants, bars, shops, open markets as well as an array of activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, boating, etc. a short cab ride to downtown, Romantic Zone and the famous Puerto Vallarta boardwalk.
For golf enthusiasts several championship golf courses are located in the surrounding area.

The property and location were great. The layout would be perfect for two families traveling together as there is a primary suite that has an adjacent bedroom with two twin beds that would be good for younger kids traveling with parents. The thirs bedroom is on the same level as the primary and second bedroom, but on the other side of the unit for some privacy. The fourth bedroom is actually up a spiral staircase and overlooks the main living area. It would be a very cool hangout for older kids.The property manager had arranged for cleaning mid-stay which was great. Some minor problems with the unit were resolved promptly by the property manager. Nice grounds, but not over the top. The restaurant there is affordable for drinks and lunch.

We have just returned from our vacation in Puerto Vallarta.We were a group of seven women.I found these apartments completely by chance, and the dates were available.Everything fully matched the listing.The apartment is spacious, bright, and very clean.It felt cozy and comfortable from the first day. The apartment has everything needed for a large family or a big group.The kitchen is fully equipped.The room on the second floor is especially nice. It is separated from the others and feels private and cozy. Because of the color palette, it may be more suitable for boys.I would also like to mention the large wooden cabinet in the living room.At first, we didn’t open it because we didn’t need to. Later, while looking for an iron, we opened it and discovered a fully stocked bar.It was a very pleasant surprise and made us really happy.I would also like to highlight the hospitality of the host, Nelly. She responded to all my questions and requests very quickly.She was supportive and helpful throughout our stay.A housekeeper came once to clean the apartment. This was arranged in advance, which was very convenient.I would happily recommend these apartments for large groups or big families.The view from the 13th floor is absolutely stunning.Every morning, we watched whales directly from the balcony. We stayed in January, during peak whale season in Puerto Vallarta.It was an unforgettable experience!
