Cocoonr offers this beautiful 82m2 flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor (no lift), it has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The flat has the following layout:
- A lounge area with a large-format television and sound bar.
- A large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), as well as a central island where you can enjoy your meals.
- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Two bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower, dekton vanity unit and washbasin, illuminated mirror with various functions and heated towel rail. The two WCs are separate.
Outside:
You can enjoy a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for fine weather!
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- The Lices market, which takes place every Saturday
- Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin
Transport :
- If you come by car, you can park in the private overhead car park
- Located 300 m from Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan car park, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building.
-Bus routes are also available within a few minutes' walk of the building.
Other comments:
- This residence has secure digicode entrances making independent arrivals possible.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4-star hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.

CAMUS - Le 31bis Stylish accommodation. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Parking onsite was a real bonus.

CAMUS - Le 31bis "🙂 The location is very close to the city center. Several nice bars and cafes are close by. The flat is nicely renovated, particularly the living room, which is spacious and light. The host was kind and handling keys was easy. There is a little safe in the hallway of the building so managing keys is easy even if multiple people with different schedules are sharing the apartment.
🙁 One toilet is separated from the kitchen/living room with a paper-thin wall. Other toilet does not have a sink, so you need to go to the bathroom to wash your hands. Also, WiFi was rather slow in many parts of the apartment."

Well located, walkable to old town and Saturday market, which should not be missed. One bedroom a bit small and dark but bathrooms and kitchen good (stove tricky to figure out). However, we had problems with self check in (given wrong code for lockbox) and were frustrated trying to reach a local agent (had to go through switchboard, took a while and annoying process). We had other questions and issues that went unanswered until we finally connected with a local agent, and was later told they can only respond during office hours! Didn’t have this issue with other VRBO properties on this trip, where we got prompt responses weekends and evenings when we had questions. Another caveat: young people gather to eat and drink on a nearby street corner nearly every night until the wee hours, so it’s difficult to sleep with windows open and apartment doesn’t have air con.
