Summary:
This beautifully-renovated 5 bedroom house is the perfect home-base for your Miami getaway.
The home features 5 spacious bedrooms, with state-of-the-art furniture and decor. It has 4 queen beds, 2 king beds, & 2 double beds, as well as 2 plug-in airbeds.
The living room & dining room are beautifully furnished and spacious, and the kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances.
The home also features ample parking, high-speed internet, 2 washers & dryers and a TV in every bedroom.
The Space:
There is another house behind this one on the same property that's also rented out on Airbnb, so all outdoor areas are shared with the guests in the second home, including the parking area in front and the backyard in the rear.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the heart of Miami, right next door to the famous Barry University, and close to the I-95 expressway. The area is very vibrant and diverse, with a mix of college students and families of all nationalities.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easiest with a car, but there are buses that go regularly up and down NE 2nd Ave, which is just a few steps from the home.
Interaction with Guests:
The home is self-check-in, so you won't meet me there unless you want to, but I'm available any time you may need me.

Very clean and updated. For the money ot was phenomenal. Comfy beds and plenty of room. My only drawback was no ceiling fans. The owner was easy to message and responds quickly. We have 14 people going on a cruise out of miami , while its close to the port , traffic in miami is always a mess. About 19 mins to the port turned into almost hr ride. Id definitely stay there again.

It served its purpose, but overpriced.
