Regatta point is built on a 12 acres of peninsula known as Coculus Point. You can enjoy a walk around the nine garden style buildings, admire the green natural areas, swim in one of the three pools, or enjoy a game of tennis. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Bolongo Bay, and restaurants, Mims and Bolongo Restaurant.

The check in was easy! We called Rosie and she helped us in as the VRBO app wasn’t working smoothly and got us in easily! Very clean and comfortable environment! Pools were great and you can watch sunrise on the east side of the property and sunset on the west end! Would stay here again.
