Newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage in Prince Edward County, just a 4-minute walk from the Bay of Quinte. Wake up refreshed, explore award-winning wineries and charming Picton, then return to your peaceful retreat with a full kitchen, cozy beds, and a fire pit for evening relaxation. Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a genuine escape to wine country with easy water access. Long-term stays welcome.
THE SPACE
This recently renovated cottage is your comfortable home base for exploring Prince Edward County`s wine country and natural beauty. The thoughtful layout works equally well for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking to unwind together.
The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms: one room with a king bed and another with a double bed. A single full bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for soaking after days spent exploring the area. Throughout the space, you`ll find heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus free WiFi so you can stay as connected or as disconnected as you prefer.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining. You`ll have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A coffee maker means you can brew your morning coffee, and wine glasses are on hand for toasting your discoveries at local vineyards. The dining table is perfect for lingering over meals, and the open layout makes it easy to cook and socialize at the same time. All cooking basics, dishware, and kitchen utensils are provided.
OUTDOOR LIVING & AMENITIES
The backyard is one of the cottage`s highlights, featuring a fire pit for evening gatherings and outdoor seating where you can enjoy meals or morning coffee. Free parking on premises means no hunting for spaces. A dedicated workspace makes this cottage ideal for remote workers who need a quiet spot to focus without sacrificing vacation time. You`ll also find board games and books for downtime, a washer and dryer for laundry, and all the essentials to settle in immediately.

What truly sets this cottage apart is its proximity to the Bay of Quinte. It`s just a 4-minute walk to the water`s edge, where you`ll find a community park and public docks. We are not directly on the water. The property includes access to a boat slip, ideal if you`re interested in water activities. Whether you want to explore by boat, fish, paddle, or simply enjoy the bay, the water is easily accessible and inviting.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS & NEIGHBORHOOD
Picton is just a short drive away—a charming town known for excellent wineries, farm-to-table restaurants, galleries, and local shops. The County is famous for its wine country, making vineyard visits and tastings a highlight for many guests. We do appreciate respectful individuals and families who will enjoy our place.
No smoking inside house or out buildings
No loud music at any time during the day or night,
Enjoy the outdoors around the fire and have a normal and quiet conversation, but your voices should be kept at a minimum. No intoxication, boisterous activities, and/or disturbing the peace at any time will be tolerated.
Failure to maintain quiet enjoyment of our place will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation & eviction.
NO use of fireworks on the property at any time
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR PARTIES PERMITTED.
You must also acknowledge security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged upto $750.
If you bring your pet please clean up after it
Please be accurate with number of guests staying at our cottage.

This was the perfect home-away-from-home property, exactly what we needed during a time of upheaval. The cottage has been tastefully and attractively updated, with all modern conveniences. It is very comfortable and very pretty, on a lovely large peaceful lot. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. Appliances are new, modern, and easy to use. The hosts are super friendly and communication is excellent. I highly recommend this property, it was an absolute delight to stay there.
