Welcome to your stylish oasis of relaxation on the North Sea—just 100 meters from Duhner Beach and right on Cuxhaven’s most sought-after stretch of beach. This lovingly refurbished vacation apartment in the Steinmarner-Residenz combines modern design, spacious living, and a location that simply means pure vacation bliss.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel the special atmosphere: bright, elegant, and designed with great attention to detail. The spacious living and dining area invites you to relax—with a cozy sofa, TV, and an ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, making it easy for you to enjoy your vacation at your own pace—whether it’s a leisurely breakfast, a snack between meals, or dinner after a long day at the beach.
A real highlight are the two balconies: Here, the day begins with fresh North Sea air and ends with a glass of wine as the sun slowly sets and evening falls over Duhnen.
The two bedrooms offer you peace and comfort for restful nights. A particularly charming feature: You reach the second bedroom via a boat ladder—a lovely detail that gives the apartment its very own character and creates a genuine vacation atmosphere.
You’re just a few steps away from the sea. Spontaneous walks on the beach, running barefoot in the sand, or watching the sunset on the promenade—here, every day becomes a special moment.
This vacation rental is perfect for anyone who wants to combine style, comfort, and proximity to the beach—and who wants to not just see the North Sea, but feel it.
