Lovely modern 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom recently refurbished Air Conditioned Ground Floor Apartment. Just a few strides to a large swimming pool with adjacent kiddies pools. Ideal for a family holiday. Large terrace coffee table and L shaped seating for 6 with garden decking area - Al- Fresco dining for 6. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. Ideal for children. Sumptuously furnished and fully equipped to the highest standard. Fast Fibre WiFi internet. 12 minutes walk to Carib Playa beach and a Chiringuitos with sun bed hire. A few minutes by car to Cabopino Marina (20 minute walk) with its luxury yachts and varied restaurants.

A very nice place to stay. Two bathrooms, airconditioning in the rooms (except the one with bunk beds), fully equipped kitchen and a big pool just few meters away. The beach is about 10 min walk away. Also an underground parking spot is included. We stayed here for ten days and didn't have any complaints. I would tho recommend having your own car to get around.

We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. Peter and Sue were great hosts. Really helpful and available. We don't normally do return visits places but may make an exception in this case 👍

The description is exactly what we encountered, nice place, nice swimming pool, not too far from the sea by steps,.. .. even if the beach was quite busy in August....
If any problem occurs, Sue is here and she finds a solution to solve it. Indeed there was a little problem with the elevator, and this issue was solved very quickly, thanks Sue!!
I sincerely recommend this apartment. If we will go back to Marbella, sure we will choose it again.
