Watch airplanes take off from the kitchen or relax on the deck or by the river! This 2-bedroom house abutting the Goodspeed Airport to the east and the Connecticut River to the west is truly a unique experience—with a sweeping lawn down to the river on one side and a friendly GA community and airport on the other. Walk to the Goodspeed Opera House for a show, eat a meal at the Gelston House or borrow a 42B bike and ride a little further and grab a bite at Higher Grounds (they give pilots a discount!) Sign up for a ride with Goodspeed Seaplane, take out one of the house's kayaks to Chapman's Pond or just sit with a drink and watch the sun set.

Nestled in a serene setting, this property is a pilot's dream escape. Each bedroom features a queen memory foam bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. With 1.5 bathrooms and amenities like a Keurig machine and pods, AC, Starlink wifi, a washing machine/dryer, iron, and hair dryers, your stay will be convenient and hassle-free. The additional living room space provides flexibility and can accommodate extra guests with a lay flat sofa, and two fold-out memory foam twin beds. Experience the magic that is Goodspeed!
