Perfect for families or groups of up to six, this stylish retreat offers a balance of comfort and convenience, just 5 minutes from Killington Resort and steps away from the Killington Wine Bar. Our two-floor condo features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with smart TV, AC, and wood-burning fireplace (free firewood provided), a main floor bedroom with twin-over-queen bunk bed, and an upstairs primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping options in the living room and loft ensure everyone has a comfortable space. Enjoy free access to the resort's unbeatable amenities, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, clay tennis courts, and full-service spa, all just 170 feet from your door. After an exhilarating day exploring Killington, return to relax by the fire, stream your favorite shows, or soak in the jacuzzi tub. With its perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, our condo promises an unforgettable Killington experience in every season!

Bedding by bedroom:
• Upstairs bedroom - queen bed, twin fold-out chair bed
• Main floor bedroom - twin bed over queen bed
• Living room - pull out sofa bed
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short 170 ft walk away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

Pictures and description of condo is exactly what you get, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the spa was great. The condo parking area is right next to the spa entrance so you can just walk over. I will book this condo again when I visit the area.

This was a beautiful condo, everything seemed completely renovated and modern. Location was perfect as we ski'd Pico and Killington and it was almost right between both. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants, all within a short driving distance. The hot tub/pool/spa setup was beyond great, it's just steps from the condo. Would stay here again and again.

We have stayed in Killington many times, and this property is the best in which we have stayed. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The building is right next to the spa, which made accessing the pool and hot tub very convenient. WiFi was excellent and I was able to video conference for work with no issues.
