• Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar and Keurig
• Half bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer
• Access to a shared backyard that is not fully fenced
UPSTAIRS
• Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed
• Primary bedroom with two closets and a TV
• Remodeled full bathroom
• Additional hallway storage
LOCATION
Enjoy convenient access to the Streets of St. Charles, Historic Main Street, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and I-70. Start the morning at the home's coffee bar, then head out to explore St. Charles and the greater St. Louis area.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Dogs only: a $100 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or non-dog animals may result in a $200 fine.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fine.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

We were located in a nice community and very close to the "The Streets" entertainment area (2 min away), Old town St. Charles (6 min away) and 15 minutes from the airport. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. Check this place out!

Quiet Neighborhood, parking was good, unit was clean, beds were great, and washer and dryer worked great. There was a plumbing issue with the shower drain leaking into kitchen that seemed like should have been addressed previously but we had to report.

There was no coffee
It has a musty smell
Bathtub was not very clean
Neighborhood was not the best, but close to a nice area.
