Located on the second floor of a small, local building in a developing neighborhood, this bright studio overlooks a green park with mountain views and offers distant ocean vistas from the shared rooftop. Perfect for remote workers, surfers, writers, and travelers looking for a genuine local stay.
The Space & Comforts
Reliable Water Supply: No town water shortages here—we have our own underground water cistern to ensure continuous running water unlike many parts of the town.
Stay Cool: Air-conditioned studio space for comfortable nights and cool afternoon breaks.
Work & Stream Ready: Wi-Fi and a Smart TV area set up for all your streaming accounts.
Kitchenette: Equipped with basic essentials for preparing quick meals, coffee, and beach snacks.
Rooftop Terrace: Step out to the shared top-floor terrace to catch cool ocean breezes, relax, or watch the sunset over the horizon.
Convenience: Street parking is always readily available right outside, and affordable door-to-door laundry service can be arranged with our cleaning lady.

This was a fantastic location for what I needed. It was simple. Easy. Clean. Happy with what I received. I felt safe. I had no issues with anything. I would absolutely hands down stay here again.

A cozy, well-appointed home away from home. Great location in a traditional neighbourhood. Would gladly recommend it. I plan to return.

Although the hosts are not on site, Priscilla was very good with attentive communication and made sure that access was clear and easy. Personally I love the location..It's close enough to the town center yet removed enough to be a relatively quiet and peaceful with a nice community park across the street. The accommodations are new and comfortable, and the two level terrace offers a spectacular view across the bay to Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay here again
