Lovely big home, great location. We had a family event to attend at the Grafton Racecourse, it was walkable distance. We enjoyed coming back to the house and socialising on the wraparound verandah.Perfect for larger groups of friends or families.

The house is amazing - historic and yet feels like home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The breakfast items and little touches were very welcome, including having a Christmas tree to decorate with family. Pool was very welcome given the warm weather. Would stay again.

We loved our stay, the house was presented perfectly and very clean . We really appreciated the breakfast items in the fridge as we didn't have to rush to the shops. Furnishings were very luxurious and comfortable.
