Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open all year-round and included with your stay. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. (Outdoor hot tub is expected to be closed for the 2026 season.) Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities.

This townhouse style condo features a large great room with gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling arched window, giving this room instant elegance. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs plus breakfast bar and dining for four.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, laundry, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor deck with seating. WIFI included.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with boat slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, the Riverwalk, plus world-class golf courses, public parks and nature trails! An ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater and fisherman!
Required Rental Policy – Harborside Condominium Association
- Per Association Bylaws, all rentals must be for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive nights.
- Short-term stays of less than one week are not permitted.
- All guests must comply with Association rules and regulations during their stay.

If we come up short with any of these, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and we will make it right.
Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

Very nice condo. Great location; short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown Manistee. Very nice view from the deck. Clean and well maintained.

We had a great time with this short 3 night stay over Memorial Day weekend 5/23 - 5/26/2025. We loved seeing the boats on the river & having a short walk to the beach. We wish there was sand chairs & maybe some toys for children as we didn’t think of that to pack with us. 2 of the beds were rock hard with a little memory foam mattress not comfortable at all and the third was okay with a little more softness. Kitchen supplies could have better. The knifes were not sharp & some were rusty. Pans were not in the best shape either but we made it work. We used the grill once & could tell nobody has taken care of it or used it recently. There’s a major crack in the ceiling that we were worried about by the stairs. Even though there were small issues we loved having access to the inside pool since the lake was freezing cold. It was nice to not have crazy neighbors & to be in bed by 9pm as we are not night owls. I do wish there was more things to do with children as the town didn’t really have much to do at all.

Manistee is a cute, navigable town in close proximity to many of Lake Michigan's best attractions. This modest condo is well-situated as a home base for beach and state park day trips.
A street lamp directly outside the bedrooms made it difficult to sleep (surprising since this area is so close to a dark sky zone!). With blackout shades this property would be a favorite.

Great location. The unit will need some refurbishment soon but in general it's good.
