The apartment is 48 Square metres in size, 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom, modern, spacious apartment located in the historic centre of the beautiful medieval hamlet of Valeggio Sul Mincio near to the main square.
Casa Magenta 5 can sleep up to 4 guests using the sofa bed in the living room. It has a modern bathroom, a large living room with flat screen, HD Internet ready TV, and a well-furnished kitchen/diner. There is also a private guest’s courtyard and relaxation area.

There are two disabled parking spaces in front of the property, taken on a first come basis and there is also an unloading area at the property and free parking available a short walk away or paid parking is available in the adjacent street, Via Novembre 4.

Valeggio Sul Mincio also has the Scaligero medieval castle and the beautiful village of Borghetto on the River Mincio, all close by within walking distance of the property. Lake Garda is very close by with the lakeside town of Peschiera Del Garda less than 10 Kilometres away, Sirmione, Desanzano, Gardaland, Movieland and Acqua Parks are also close by and the historic cities of Verona, Brescia and Mantova are also a short drive away.
The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Valeggio Sul Mincio, Borghetto, Parco Sigurtà, to play golf, or to go fishing on the river Mincio or to cycle on many beautiful cycling routes from Peschiera to Borghetto, Mantova and Verona. Motorsports enthusiasts will be ideally placed for visiting Brescia home to the Mille Miglia, the Nuvolari Museum in Mantova as well as the home of Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ducatti, Pagani and numerous other museums in Bologna, Modena and Maranello, which are all within a comfortable driving distance.
