Pool is a little smaller than what it looks like in the picture but it works out perfectly for us since we have little ones. One recommendation is for the listing to include information on beach access. We were not sure where to go but we figured it out.

This property location is incredible! It is a 3-5 minute walk to the public beach access point, and the pool was great for a family with small children. The house comes with 4 beach chairs, but a beach wagon would’ve been extremely nice to have with the house. It has 2 small grocers within walking distance and is about 1.5 miles from the main strip where all the restaurants and shopping happen. The king size bed is a little too soft for our liking but the rooms were the perfect size for us. Outside of the locks not working from time to time and a few small maintenance issues this house was great. A few things to consider: The outdoor shower doesn’t have the greatest water pressure but was clutch when coming back from the beach. They do not give any paper products outside of 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, that didn’t last 3 days let alone 7 with a family of 5. Also there wasn't salt or pepper, which I would think is a basic necessity in a home. Price wise, while we were onsite we looked at Harris Vacation rental prices and we noticed that there were a few rental properties in the same region with either ocean front or large accommodations for much less than what we booked for on VRBO. I don’t think this is an owner issue as much as it is with the app. Paying an extra 800-1000 for a smaller home really stings but I guess now we now to look directly through the vacation home site.
