This house met so many of our families needs with a wide range of ages (1.5.-85) Having the pool at the house was excellent as well as the community pool, lazy river, and splash pads/water slides. As for the house, the communication was excellent and very responsive. Rooms were clean and check out was exceptionally easy. All my expectations were exceeded. I would offer the suggestions to have fans on the porch for air circulation since it does get hot. I would also suggest new patio furniture. The sitting area chairs and couches were VERY uncomfortable and hard to get out of. Overall, our experience was great! If you’ve never rented a home like this, a good note is to know the neighbors are also renting. We had very loud neighbors on 1 side of the home making noice all night on one occasion and the 2nd night being very load until 1:00 am. We were actually going to call security but the noise stopped.

We had a great stay for our large group of 18. We had plenty of space and never felt cramped at any time. Lots of things to do in the house to keep everyone entertained.
