The villa was very clean. It had smart tvs but the internet didn't work at all. It wasn't a big deal as we weren't there to watch TV because we were there to enjoy nature. I'm one of those people that has to sleep with a tv on but I used my phone so it wasn't bad. They set off beautiful fireworks which was nice for our 4th of July weekend. We came to stay and do the hiking trails which are close to our villa which was nice. We will be back some day for sure.

Birds Nest was clean and spacious for our family of 3. Everything on hand - pots and pans, towels, soap and whatever is not in the camper can be found in the common area. AC was not working properly and leaked, but thankfully it wasn't too hot of a weekend. No propane in our grill, so we used the one in the common area. Nice pond for swimming and Jacuzzi was nice after a long hike! Bring change/1 bills for game room games...these are not free with your stay unfortunately. Enjoyed ourselves overall!

The place was great for the grandkids, but the shared hot tub was a downside. After waiting about three hours to use it, we gave up and went to bed. My only recommendation is to book one of the units with a private hot tub.
