The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom finishes, while the custom walnut dining table seats six with additional breakfast bar seating.

The renovated guest bedroom offers two custom queen beds, coastal décor, a 50” Smart TV, and direct access to a beautifully updated guest bath, creating a comfortable and private suite for family or friends.
