The house is just as pictured and was quite clean. Our first night there was very hot, and even the fans could not help us salvage a good night’s sleep. The lower family room got adequately cool with the window unit a/c, but that was about it. The second night was fine. The house is clean, if a little under-furnished. It would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms and a little more shelf space in the bathrooms for toiletries. I also wished there were tissues. The furniture is serviceable, but older. The nightstand drawer knob came off in my hand when I tried to open a drawer. Niki is a great communicator and made the rental easy and smooth.

Overall very good! Could use more A/C units in each bedroom as we were very hot the first few nights. Great gathering spaces and excellent location to everything. Very responsive host which was much appreciated!

Exactly as described and the perfect space for 10 adults. Thank you!

Beautiful split-level home, plenty of room for our group of 5. Lack of A/C not really an issue, plenty of fans to move air and at night was chilly w windows open anyway (luxurious for us Houstonians).Host was very responsive; great stay all around, highly recommend.
