Very good location although area around the vrbo is a little depressed. Jenny Turner was fantastic to work with. Always returned my texts and called me personally to inform me of early check-in if I wanted! Absolutely loved the history of this small fishing village and would consider returning sometime

This listing was exactly as advertised. Pet friendly, three bedrooms, den, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. It's a little off the beaten path of Apalachicola, but not too far from town that we didn't get to enjoy our stay. And the price was fabulous! Normally we pay almost twice as much for 5 blocks closer and not as much room! The property manager was fabulous too! We didn't need any extras - but we knew she was available if we did!

The host was very helpful. The manufactured home was nice. I didn't know it was a manufactured home from the pics but very nice. Neighborhood was a bit leery
