The new outside shower was a very nice update. One observation: an excessive amount of food items were left on one of shelves in the kitchen pantry. We did not discard any of the items but it appeared that many of them should have been removed or taken by previous guests. We always appreciate the extra little perks such as the hand soaps in every bathroom and in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the deck watching the early more waves. It was a very hot week but the famous Topsail breeze helped to make it a pleasant week.

Beautiful property and Large Enough for my Family and Oceanfront! The Elevator is slow but there keep from walking up and down the stairs; it is as Perfect for the Grandparents! The Host reached out Several times to see how things were going. Also alerted us to an Emergency situation in the area we did not know about. The climb up the hill from the Beach is taxing, but all made it eventually. We’ll be back Again!

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend and this property is well located on the beach and offers an amazing view of the ocean!
