Storey Lake Resort is a prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 7 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar.
This resort has two incredible clubhouses:

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Storey Lake is an ideal resort for your Disney vacation. Just a short drive from the parks (8-11 minutes, traffic depending), walking distance from the nearest supermarket, and within a couple of miles of restaurants and more shopping.
The House has been decorated with great dedication featuring different theme rooms like: Mickey Mouse, Star Wars, and a new modern style in all rooms!—the perfect mix of relaxed and refined style.
Perks at this 6-bedroom, 5-bath Home include:
· Smart TVs in every bedroom and the family room
· Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances
· Waterfall granite island with bar-stool seating
· Washer & dryer in your villa
· Pack' n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack 'n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)
· Pool/ Spa Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning)

A Day at our Home & Storey Lake Resort
Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day. Enjoy your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up, and then get ready for an amazing day at all the attractions that Central Florida has for you.
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 8 to 12 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Home.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories!
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area or the Game Room to have fun with friends & family, or take the kids for one more dip in the pool before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom.
Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

Other Things to Note
· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

The kitchen severely lacked enough cooking utensils to manage a decent meal. Can’t opener was broken for a few larger size pots and pans to use none of the normal things you would find a lot of Airbnb‘s like any spices even salt and pepper or aluminum foil, etc. you’re only left one extra trashcan liner, which is almost ridiculous and the trashcan was so small. You couldn’t get enough in it to even fill the trash bag in your left with one packet of powder to do dishes with in the dishwasher in the downstairs bathroom, we had to call and get the sink unstop. His water would not go down at all, and the road in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The front door lock was so loose. It almost came off in her hands. And the AC did not work very well until we found that no one had changed the AC filter in probably a year with the amount of dust that was collected on it. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that there are four remotes for the TV in the main living room area, but only one of them for the TV. We had no idea what the other three did because there was no other electronics to link to them.
