· King size bed in relaxing master bedroom

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

This condo was perfect for us. The ocean view was amazing and the unit had everything we needed. We will definitely consider this property for future trips!!

It was great. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Clean room. Staff was very friendly.

Did not receive any communication regarding check-in. Sent multiple emails and had to finally do a chat to get answers for check-in when arriving after 5. Condo was exactly as listed. Bed was uncomfortable for me. Needed a softer mattress but that is my preference. Desk at condo was not friendly or helpful. The people at Phoenix VII were very helpful and they actually answered all my questions and took care of issues.
