Fantastic, fully furnished home built in 2017 in the popular West Portland Park area. This home offers nearby shopping, restaurants, coffee, schools, and parks in walking distance. 10 minutes from downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, Tigard and minutes from the freeway/transit. This rare rental has it all - two living room areas, brand new A/C unit, heating, open kitchen with tons of cooking supplies, private back patio area that has turf, a fire pit and is completely fenced and much more!

This is a very comfortable home and had everything we needed. The amenities were wonderful. The host was responsive and quick to get back to me. Please read all instructions for staying here that are sent to you! They are extremely helpful. The tenants before us did not read what to do with their trash which is a big deal when there isn’t room for the next tenant. I would recommend staying here and we would again.

We chose this location based on proximity to our Portland daughter’s residence and downtown Portland. We were traveling with family that included a one year old. (Four adults/ one 1yr old) We were VERY pleased with the accommodations—-especially since we were able to cook up some meals at the house and enjoy sharing a little bit of World Cup Soccer, the NBA final game AND Stanley Cup games at night in a home (rather than a bar/restaurant!) all the while visiting and getting grandson bathed/ready for bed!!
